Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience and multiple active certifications including NRP and FHM.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- Every 5th weekend required
- No block scheduling — open availability required
- Floating to Postpartum may be required
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active RN license — NC or Compact license currently in hand
- Required certifications, all currently in hand: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, FHM, and NRP
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
- 1 supervisory professional reference from within the past year required
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply with the required 2 years of experience
- Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible; a reduced pay rate applies at this radius
- Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Orientations are held bi-weekly
