Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience and multiple active certifications including NRP and FHM.

Details

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
Every 5th weekend required
No block scheduling — open availability required
Floating to Postpartum may be required
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active RN license — NC or Compact license currently in hand
Required certifications, all currently in hand: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, FHM, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
1 supervisory professional reference from within the past year required
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply with the required 2 years of experience
Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible; a reduced pay rate applies at this radius
Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted
Royal blue scrubs required
Orientations are held bi-weekly
