Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and multiple specialty certifications.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• No block scheduling — open availability is required
• Every 5th weekend rotation required
• Floating required to Postpartum
• Epic EMR experience required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications, all must be in hand: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, FHM, and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
• One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply with 2 years of qualifying experience
• Local candidates within a 75-mile radius of the facility are eligible; candidates within this radius are considered local and subject to a reduced rate
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
