Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel assignment at a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center, requiring prior travel experience and Level 1 trauma OR background.

Details

• Operating Room (OR) unit in a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center
• High-volume OR environment handling complex, diverse, and severe trauma cases
• 13-week contract with 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• 3 shifts per week
• On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage required
• Travelers are expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month
• Block scheduling is not available for this position

Requirements

• Active GA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Level 1 trauma center OR experience required
• Proven success in high-pressure, large-scale, high-volume trauma environments
• Strong OR skills checklist ratings required
• Burn experience preferred
