Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position requiring telemetry background and Epic experience at a hospital in Wisconsin.

Details

• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• Telemetry monitoring required (must be able to read telemetry)
• Uses Epic EMR
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating may be required within skill set, either within the facility or to sites within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience required (must be able to read telemetry)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys license verification required prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

• Artificial/acrylic nails are not permitted; nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
