Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 5+ years of clinical mammography experience, including recent biopsy and ultrasound experience, for a 13-week travel assignment in New Hampshire.

Details

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
13-week contract assignment
Performs breast imaging, ultrasound, and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures in a mammography setting

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of clinical mammography experience required
Recent biopsy and ultrasound experience required
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
ARRT registration with mammography certification required
Licensed by the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required; license required if applicable
Current BLS required
Must maintain MQSA compliance by accruing 5 mammography-specific ECEs annually
Associates degree preferred
Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
2 professional references from managers required for consideration

Additional Information

Performs breast imaging as well as ultrasound and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures
Assists in the technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and instructs them in complex or difficult procedures
