Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional/Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist with fluoroscopy experience for a full-service outpatient imaging center in Bay Shore, NY.

Details

• Outpatient full-service imaging center in Suffolk County, NY
• Adult patient population
• Procedures include mediport placement/removal, PICC/midline insertions, tube changes, para/thoracentesis, and MSK fluoro-guided steroid injections
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Active NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required (license required if applicable); proof of completed application may be accepted if license is pending
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Interventional and special procedures experience with fluoroscopy required
• Only AHA-issued BLS certification is accepted

• Grey scrubs required
• On-site parking available
• Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the prior year are required for consideration
• Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to be considered at a reduced rate
• Travelers who have previously worked at any Northwell or Nuvance Health location will be subject to a review process to determine eligibility to return
• Travelers will be required to complete onboarding modules in the facility's learning management platform prior to assignment start
