Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a 13-week travel contract at an academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring a minimum of 3 years of RN experience and at least 1 year of travel PACU experience.

Details

Position is in the PACU unit of a large academic medical center in Boston, MA
36-hour weekly schedule with day/night rotating shifts
Up to 2 weekend shifts required per month
Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
BLS certification required (AHA only)
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
Minimum 1 year of PACU travel nursing experience required
Minimum 1 year of academic medical center experience required
2 professional references required for consideration
Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public parking is available at an out-of-pocket cost, and public transportation is recommended
Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
First-time travelers are not eligible for this position due to the travel PACU experience requirement
