Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring PACU and endoscopy experience, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

Post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) setting within a hospital surgical services department
Shifts alternate weekly between 10-hour and 12-hour days, starting at 6:45 AM
On-call responsibilities are required for this position
13-week contract

Requirements

Active RN license in NC or a compact state currently in hand
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
Prior PACU experience required
Endoscopy experience preferred
Two professional references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Provides nursing care to the post-anesthesia recovery population with a focus on clinical competency
