Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week travel contract in New Hampshire.

Details

• Home health setting focusing on physical therapy services
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• No weekend shifts required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Valid NH state PT license or compact PT license required; license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• AHA or Red Cross certifications only accepted
• Ability to perform lifting and transfers, patient transport to/from treatment, scheduling appointments, and telephone communication
• Two professional references required for consideration (may begin with one reference and second pending)

• Open to first-time travelers
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and will be offered a local pay rate
• Former employees of SolutionHealth or any of its affiliated facilities are not eligible for this position, regardless of length of separation
• Preferred skills include supply ordering and experience in ER, ICU, or Med/Surg support settings
