Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position at a pediatric hospital in Ohio, requiring an OH or Compact RN license and approximately 2 years of CVPICU experience.

• Position is in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) at a children's hospital
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Floating is required and may include NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH or Compact RN license required
• Approximately 2 years of CVPICU experience preferred
• Two supervisory references required (at least one must be a supervisor or manager-level reference; charge nurse references are not accepted)
• Must be willing and able to float to multiple units including NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not accepted for RN positions; candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates who have worked permanently for this health system must have a gap of at least 2 years before being considered
• Attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced; no call/no shows are taken very seriously and may result in termination
