Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Perioperative RN for a 13-week OR travel contract requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

Outpatient surgical center setting within a large hospital system
Perioperative (Peri-Op) unit focused on outpatient surgical cases
8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (0700–1515)
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must not be expired)
Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment before being considered
Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
EMR experience should be noted within work history
