Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Perioperative RN for a 13-week OR travel contract requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Outpatient surgical center setting within a large hospital system
- Perioperative (Peri-Op) unit focused on outpatient surgical cases
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (0700–1515)
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must not be expired)
- Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
- Driver's License required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment before being considered
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
- EMR experience should be noted within work history
