Description

American Traveler is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week contract in Wisconsin, working Monday–Friday day shifts across acute care, nursing home, and outpatient settings.

Details

• Rehabilitation therapy setting spanning acute care, nursing home, and outpatient environments
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm with no weekends
• Holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) required; Doctorate preferred
• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required (license required if applicable)
• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 1 year of related OT experience required
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required

Additional Information

• Evaluate and treat patients across acute care, nursing home, and outpatient settings
• Responsibilities include patient screenings, progress meetings, and comprehensive documentation (evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, insurance, and discharge notes)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective continuity of patient care
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
