Description

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist at a Level II Trauma Center with at least 1 year of experience, GE MRI system proficiency, and stroke protocol experience for a weekend evening shift contract.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center serving outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient populations
• 571 total staffed beds across both campuses
• 3x12-hour evening shifts, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM, Friday through Sunday
• Call required for this position
• May be required to float between like units and across facilities within Washington State
• Charting in Epic (experience required)
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required
• First-time travelers considered with at least 2 years of experience
• GE MRI system experience within the past year required
• Stroke protocol experience required
• Active BLS, ARRT-MRI, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• 13-week contract
• Scrubs in any color are acceptable; reddish-orange is not permitted
• Parking is facility paid
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all time-off requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
