Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and an active VT or Compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Operating Room of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Newport, Vermont
• Role focuses on circulating duties with responsibilities spanning the preoperative and postoperative phases of patient care
• Monday–Friday day shifts, 8 hours per shift
• On-call responsibilities are required

Requirements

• Active Vermont or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, PALS, and ACLS
• Minimum 5 years of OR circulating experience required
• Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit in the area

• Serves as the patient advocate by coordinating care across the preoperative and postoperative phases
• Travel agency professionals are required to attend department quarterly education sessions
