Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and Epic proficiency, with night shifts at a smoke-free facility in Weston, FL.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
• Weekends required on an as-needed basis
• No on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate

Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Current certifications required at time of consideration: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and PALS
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start
• Epic experience at a proficiency level of 3 or 4 required
• Two professional references required
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required
• Must be nicotine-free — a negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) is required

• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO added after submission will likely not be approved
• Upon confirmation, time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized and completed promptly
• Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations combined
• A minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
