Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and Siemens scanner proficiency for an evening shift position in Salem, MA.

Details

• Rotating coverage between two sites: Salem Hospital (inpatient) and an outpatient imaging center in Peabody, MA
• 371-bed acute care hospital setting
• Evening shift hours from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• Floating required per facility policy
• Rotating shifts required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• Current BLS certification required — AHA only; Red Cross not accepted at this location
• Siemens MRI scanner experience required
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Proficiency with Outlook and strong interpersonal skills
• Active MA license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and may be subject to a reduced pay rate
