Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, and a TN or compact RN license.

Details

Hospital stepdown unit setting serving adult patients (18+) with cardiac and respiratory diagnoses
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (no block schedule)
Weekends and holidays required
Patient ratios of 1:4
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
Floating to Med/Surg and ER units required as needed

Requirements

Active RN license — TN or compact license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

13-week contract
Navy blue scrubs required
Holiday coverage is required
