Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment providing in-home therapy services to home care and hospice patients in Vermont.

Details

• Home health and hospice setting, providing therapy services in patients' homes
• Monday through Friday schedule, up to 40 hours per week
• Patient population includes home care and hospice patients requiring physical therapy to maximize independence and safety
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Vermont PT license required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Home health setting experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
