Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Pain Clinic position requiring Epic experience and a MA RN license, working Monday–Friday day shifts in an outpatient setting.

Details

Outpatient pain clinic setting with 5 recovery bays — no inpatient beds
Chronic pain patient population; approximately 28 procedures performed daily
Primary duties include phone triage, medication mixing (Botox injections), Epic in-basket management, and outpatient bay recovery
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM day shifts
Epic EMR experience required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active MA RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification (AHA)
1–3 years of RN experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered

Additional Information

Travelers are expected to contribute to a supportive team culture, particularly when working alongside students and new hires, who are frequently present in this environment
Pediatric experience is not required
All requested time off must be disclosed prior to consideration; RTO requests submitted after acceptance may not be approved
Previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a minimum 6-month break and be in good standing before returning
COVID vaccine (including booster) and flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions are accepted
First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded — experience requirements apply
