Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in San Leandro, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and a minimum of 1 year of recent L&D experience.

Details

• Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Epic EMR is used at this facility

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Active BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required — no pending certifications accepted
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
• 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• High-risk OB experience is preferred for this role
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Travelers who have worked at Kaiser Permanente facilities may not exceed a cumulative two-year assignment period without a 90-day break in service
