Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in San Leandro, CA, requiring a CA RN license and at least one year of recent L&D experience on night shifts.

• Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Labor & Delivery unit
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Active BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required — pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
• 1 year of high-risk L&D or High Risk OB experience within the last 2 years preferred

• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break, regardless of whether assignments are continuous or have lapses of less than three months
