Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with scrub and circulate skills, including Neuro, Da Vinci Robotics, total joint, and spine experience, for a travel contract in San Francisco, CA.

• Requires both scrub and circulate experience
• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts with variable start times (7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM)
• Rotating weekends required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience required
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulate roles required
• Experience with Neuro, Da Vinci Robotic, total joint, and spine cases required
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates

Additional Information

• Provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education, and ongoing evaluation
• Develops and coordinates interdisciplinary plans of care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Fosters collaborative relationships among patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
• Former employees of this health system must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
