Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of post-licensure home health experience and proficiency in OASIS documentation.

Home health setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
No on-call requirements
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of home health experience post-graduation (clinical hours completed prior to licensure do not qualify)
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Current PT license required if applicable
Two professional references required for consideration
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
