Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for an Inpatient Rehab position requiring at least 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and night shift availability.

Details

  • Inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting
  • Patient population includes general rehab, stroke rehab, spinal cord rehab, and brain injury rehab
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5
  • Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekend work is required
  • Floating to other units is required
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Epic EMR experience is required

Requirements

  • Active LA or Compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Supervisory reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
  • Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
  • Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
  • Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
  • Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment
  • Royal blue scrubs are required
  • RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
