Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a night shift travel contract at an academic medical center in Worcester, MA, requiring ARRT certification and experience in a Level I or Level II trauma facility.

Details

• Acute care academic medical center setting in Worcester, MA
• X-Ray unit supporting trauma patients, portable exams, pediatric cases, and OR C-arm procedures
• Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Every 4th weekend required
• Scheduling is based on unit needs; block schedules cannot be accommodated
• Charting via Epic (experience preferred)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
• Previous experience in a Level I or Level II trauma facility required
• Active ARRT certification and BLS required
• MA Radiology license required if applicable
• Proficiency with portable X-ray, C-arm, and OR imaging
• Must be able to work with trauma and pediatric patient populations
• 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Perform X-ray imaging across a variety of settings including trauma, pediatrics, portable exams, and the operating room
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• A pass/fail EKG test is required
