Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring a minimum of 3 years of IR experience, Cerner proficiency, and a valid FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in an Interventional Radiology department within a hospital setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• 40 hours per week
• Call shifts are required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license, free of encumbrances, required — no pending licenses accepted
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 3 years of IR experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• Neuro stroke experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer

Additional Information

• Delivers patient care in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements across the life span
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, including review of systems, with appropriate documentation completed within established timeframes
• Demonstrates understanding of the range of treatment needs for the assigned patient population
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• CPI certification is mandated for this position
