Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion RN for an inpatient medical oncology position in the Boston area, requiring at least 3 years of oncology nursing experience and active MA licensure.
Details
- Work in an inpatient medical oncology unit supporting a breast clinic
- 4x10 shift schedule, 07:00–17:30
- 13-week contract
- Epic used for charting (ambulatory Epic experience preferred)
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- At least 3 years of current oncology nursing experience required
- Oncology infusion experience required
- Current or recent (within 3 years) central line experience, including accessing skills, required
- Current or recent (within 3 years) IV skills, including insertion skills, preferred
- At least 1 year of Med/Surg, ED, infusion center, or critical care experience preferred
- OCN certification preferred
- All certifications must be AHA-issued
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- RTO requests must be disclosed at time of consideration
- Local candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but subject to a reduced pay rate
- No on-site validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking is available at daily rates, and public transportation is accessible
- Time keeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
