Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion RN for an inpatient medical oncology position in the Boston area, requiring at least 3 years of oncology nursing experience and active MA licensure.

Details

• Work in an inpatient medical oncology unit supporting a breast clinic
• 4x10 shift schedule, 07:00–17:30
• 13-week contract
• Epic used for charting (ambulatory Epic experience preferred)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• At least 3 years of current oncology nursing experience required
• Oncology infusion experience required
• Current or recent (within 3 years) central line experience, including accessing skills, required
• Current or recent (within 3 years) IV skills, including insertion skills, preferred
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg, ED, infusion center, or critical care experience preferred
• OCN certification preferred
• All certifications must be AHA-issued
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• RTO requests must be disclosed at time of consideration
• Local candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but subject to a reduced pay rate
• No on-site validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking is available at daily rates, and public transportation is accessible
• Time keeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
