Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Hematology Oncology / Breast Cancer Center assignment requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

  • Hematology Oncology unit within a large academic hospital setting
  • Focused on breast cancer patient care
  • Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 40-hour workweek
  • Epic used for charting
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
  • All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Epic EMR experience
  • Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
  • 2 professional references required for consideration
  • Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date

Additional Information

  • Provides direct nursing care to oncology patients in a breast cancer center
  • UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping
  • No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking rates range from $17–$22 per day — public transportation is recommended
  • Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
