Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Hematology Oncology / Breast Cancer Center assignment requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Hematology Oncology unit within a large academic hospital setting
- Focused on breast cancer patient care
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 40-hour workweek
- Epic used for charting
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Epic EMR experience
- Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date
Additional Information
- Provides direct nursing care to oncology patients in a breast cancer center
- UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping
- No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking rates range from $17–$22 per day — public transportation is recommended
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
