Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position at a critical access hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work setting is a critical access hospital with 22 total staff beds
• Assignment is in the Labor & Delivery (LDRP) unit
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 6:1 depending on acuity
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends required, evenly distributed among RNs
• Floating between units and facilities within the state is required per unit needs
• No on-call required
• Charting is done in Epic (experience required)
• Scrubs of any color accepted; OR scrubs are provided

Requirements

• Active MT RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (LDRP) RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers with 2+ years of experience are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Travelers who refuse to float between facilities within the state may be subject to assignment termination
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all RTO requests must be disclosed at time of submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
• No parking fee at this facility
