Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Case Management float position in the Concord, CA area, requiring recent acute care hospital case management experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Float case management position, primarily based at one hospital with potential floating to a second facility approximately 8 miles away
• Acute care hospital setting
• 13-week contract
• Schedule is 8-hour day shifts, 0800–1630, 40 hours per week
• Required to work every other weekend (EOW)
• Epic EMR experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care hospital case management experience required
• Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from someone in a leadership role (Nurse Manager, Director, or Charge Nurse)
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be eligible as local candidates
• Previous travel experience is preferred
