Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Case Management float position in the Concord, CA area, requiring recent acute care hospital case management experience and an active CA RN license.
Details
- Float case management position, primarily based at one hospital with potential floating to a second facility approximately 8 miles away
- Acute care hospital setting
- 13-week contract
- Schedule is 8-hour day shifts, 0800–1630, 40 hours per week
- Required to work every other weekend (EOW)
- Epic EMR experience is preferred
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care hospital case management experience required
- Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from someone in a leadership role (Nurse Manager, Director, or Charge Nurse)
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be eligible as local candidates
- Previous travel experience is preferred
