Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift travel position in Riverton, WY, requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and active WY or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Med/Surg unit at a community hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• Cares for a broad medical patient population including pre- and post-surgical patients

Requirements

• Active WY or compact multi-state RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — RQI certifications are not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, dressing changes, IV insertion, catheter placement, and discharge planning
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
