American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic assignment in Fort Worth, TX, utilizing InSync EMR.

Requirements

Active TX PT license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full TX state licensure during the assignment
SSN required for consideration
1 professional reference required for consideration
License required if applicable

Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
