Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA, with SNF experience preferred and mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience.

Details

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting located in Monterey County, CA
13-week contract
Flex schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance
Documentation completed in Net Health per facility standards

Requirements

Active CA PT license required
SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 years of experience
Strong documentation and time management skills required
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating SNF patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
Focus on improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
Collaborative and flexible mindset is highly valued
