Description

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract requiring a Washington State MRI license in hand and a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.

Details

• Hospital-based MRI unit
• Variable shifts covering days, evenings, and nights to cover leaves, with some weekends required on a rotation
• Shift lengths vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on the shift being covered
• Ample notice will be provided when switching between day, swing, and night shifts
• 1:1 patient ratio
• No on-call required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
• Valid Washington State MRI license required in hand at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within Washington State; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact consideration
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
