Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Atlanta, GA, requiring a Georgia or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of OR experience.
Details
- Work in a hospital operating room (OR) setting in Atlanta, GA
- AM shift, 12-hour shifts
- CVOR candidates must have strong cardiac and vascular procedure experience, with proficiency ratings in cardiac and vascular procedures and strong endovascular experience
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 18 months of OR experience required
- CVOR RN candidates must have a minimum of 18 months full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong endovascular experience
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Additional Information
- Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 3 days if the requested time falls on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days of RTO during the holiday period will not be approved
