Details
- Inpatient Neuro Rehab Acute unit in a large hospital (>500 beds)
- Level 1 Trauma center

Requirements
- Active AZ or compact (NLC) RN license required — must be active at time of consideration; pending licenses are not accepted

- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Strong Med/Surg experience required; Rehab experience preferred
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Must pass the Relias Dysrhythmia exam prior to offer confirmation (2 attempts allowed)
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidate must permanently reside at least 50 miles from the facility; driver's license is used to verify permanent address
- Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
