Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Cardiac Care Stepdown/Intermediate Care position in Evansville, IN, requiring at least 1 year of experience and AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications.

Details

  • Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit with a progressive cardiac care focus
  • Patient population includes medical, cardiac, pre/post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow patients
  • 28-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4-5
  • Night shift: 18:45–07:15

Requirements

  • Active IN RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required — both must be AHA-issued
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

  • Full Social Security Number, full date of birth, a copy of your Driver's License, skills checklist, and 2 professional references are required for consideration
  • Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
