Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with recent home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment providing PT services across both rural and metro territories in Missouri.

Details

• Home health setting covering two territories: a Clinton-based territory serving Henry, St. Clair, and Benton counties (rural) 2 days/week, and a Kansas-based territory serving Eastern Jackson County (Kansas City metro) and Lafayette County 3 days/week
• Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• No weekend scheduling required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
• Experience with OASIS documentation required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidate will provide physical therapy services across a mix of rural counties and a Kansas City metro area
