Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position at a 120-bed Level III Trauma facility in Fond du Lac, WI, requiring at least 1 year of experience and strong orthopedic skills.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting at a 120-bed adult Level III Trauma facility
• 4x10 schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM; no weekend or on-call requirements
• Daily caseload of 10–12 patients
• No floating required
• Charting performed in Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Strong orthopedic skills required; some inpatient therapy experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Active WI PT license required; pending license accepted at time of consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Must be clean-shaven to pass N95 mask fit testing; CAPRs and PAPRs are not available at this facility and personal respiratory devices are not permitted
