Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract requiring ARRT (R) certification and the ability to take call within 30 minutes of the facility.

Details

Interventional Radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
Schedule options include 4x10-hour shifts (9:00 AM–7:30 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (11:00 AM–7:30 PM)
Call requirement of one night per week from 7:00 PM–6:30 AM and one weekend every four weeks from Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM
Candidates must reside or temporarily relocate within 30 minutes of the facility to be eligible for call coverage
Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local

Requirements

ARRT (R) certification required and must be in hand at time of consideration
BLS and ACLS required by start date
NJ State Radiography License required if applicable (typically takes 1–2 weeks to obtain)
Must be able to reside or temporarily relocate within 30 minutes of the facility for call coverage
COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; no medical or religious exemptions are accepted

Perform interventional radiology procedures in a dedicated IR unit
