Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 16-week outpatient, acute, and swing bed assignment in Cordova, Alaska, with housing provided.

Details

• Outpatient, acute, and swing bed setting with occasional consultation and treatment of long-term care residents
• Works alongside an on-site OT
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• 16-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in a variety of settings
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MA, or MS degree
• Valid Alaska state PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency in basic computing skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new responsibilities
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

• Housing is provided (shared or single units as available); no pets allowed in provided housing
