Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week assignment in an outpatient imaging setting in Asheville, NC.

Details

• Outpatient imaging center setting within a large regional health system
• Performs MRI contrast and non-contrast studies
• GE MRI equipment in use
• Cerner EMR
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekend shifts required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• MRI registration required
• Active licensure required if applicable
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Breast MRI experience is preferred
• Staff of 9 on day shift
• Black scrubs required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
