Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position in Watertown, WI, requiring at least 2 years of OB/L&D experience and current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.

Details

• OB/Labor & Delivery unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
• Shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday with possible block scheduling accommodations
• Every 3rd weekend requirement
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact multi-state RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in OB/GYN, Nursery, and L&D
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include circulating during C-sections, attending deliveries, assisting physicians, and completing neonatal assessments post-delivery
• Candidate must follow appropriate policies for recovery and care of surgical patients
• Fetal monitoring certification maintenance is expected every two years; STABLE certification attendance is encouraged when offered
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
