Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced BSN-prepared RN for a 13-week Long-Term Care/SNF travel assignment requiring Point Click Care (PCC) experience and every-other-weekend availability.

Details

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 46 beds
• Patient population includes residents with dementia/memory loss, wound care needs, IV therapy, and rehabilitation therapy
• Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:46 with a Medication Aide on staff
• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
• 12-hour day shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Requirements

• Active ND or Compact RN license required
• BSN required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
• LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred

• Provide nursing care to a long-term care population with diagnoses including dementia/memory loss, wound care, IV therapy, and rehabilitation needs
• Location-specific orientation is provided
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates
• 13-week contract
