Description

American Traveler is hiring a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARDMS OB/GYN certification for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Raleigh, NC.

Details

• Outpatient perinatal/maternal fetal clinic setting
• Sonographers scan 7–10 patients per day, performing a mixture of OB exam types with occasional GYN scans
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• GE ultrasound equipment is used
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• May be asked to float to a nearby Cary, NC clinic location
• Orientations are held bi-weekly

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of maternal fetal ultrasound experience required (2 years highly preferred)
• Active ARDMS OB/GYN certification required at time of consideration
• Current BLS required
• Compact or NC license in hand at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• All required certifications must be in hand at time of consideration
• 1 supervisory reference from within the last year required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and eligible at a modified rate
