Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Guthrie, OK, requiring 3+ years of ED experience and a active Oklahoma or Compact RN license.

Details

• Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12 schedule
• Emergency Department setting in a hospital environment
• Serves all patient types
• No floating, call, or weekend requirements
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active OK RN license or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Minimum 3+ years of ED experience required
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documented renewal is scheduled

Additional Information

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards
• Must be able to work independently
• Preferred certifications/experience: CPEN, C-EFM, TNCC, ENPC, and fetal monitoring
• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of RTO are allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before being required to separate from the facility for at least 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
