Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 20-week outpatient assignment in Sacramento, CA, with Epic EMR experience.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting in Sacramento, CA
- Monday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active CA PT license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
- All licenses and certifications must be active; pending licenses and certifications are not accepted
- Epic EMR experience required
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted and will be considered at the same rate as travel candidates
- Candidates who have previously worked with this facility are subject to a tenure policy: travelers may not exceed two years of assignment time without a 90-day break in between
