Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 16-week outpatient contract in Sacramento, CA, with Epic EMR experience and an active CA PT license.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- 40 hours per week
- Epic EMR used at this facility
Requirements
- Active California PT license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
- All licenses and certifications must be active — pending credentials are not accepted
- Epic EMR experience required
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Copies of required certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted; local and travel rates are the same
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to tenure restrictions requiring a 90-day break before returning to assignment
