Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 3+ years of critical care experience for a night shift position at a Level 1 trauma center with cross-campus coverage responsibilities.
Details
- Level 1 trauma center with high acuity patient population
- Cross-campus coverage required, including University, Memorial, and Marlborough campuses
- Marlborough campus hours are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA Respiratory Therapist license required prior to consideration
- Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Previous critical care experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
- License required if applicable

- Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG test
- Prior disciplinary actions on a respiratory or nursing license may affect eligibility for this position
