Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU/CSICU position at a Magnet-recognized facility, caring for a diverse patient population with advanced cardiac and surgical cases on night shift.

Details

• 17-bed combined ICU/CSICU in a hospital setting recognized for Magnet nursing excellence
• Patient population spans neonates to geriatrics with a strong focus on cardiovascular and surgical cases
• Cardiovascular cases include CABG, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, and heart valve replacement or repair
• Advanced therapies and equipment in use include IABP, induced hypothermia, ECMO, and the Impella Heart Pump
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00

Requirements

• Active AR or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Basic computer proficiency required
• 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

• This position is safety-sensitive per Arkansas Act 593; the facility conducts its own onsite drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
